HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Choose a plan that fits your goals, sign up online, and come in for your first session. Our coaches will guide you from there!

WHAT CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer Strength, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Conditioning, and Strongman classes throughout the week, plus Open Gym sessions on weekends.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?

Yes! Our Coaching plan includes personalized programming, 1-on-1 sessions, and progress tracking with one of our experienced coaches.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We're open early mornings and evenings on weekdays, with morning Open Gym on weekends. Check our app for the most current schedule.

CAN I DROP IN AS A VISITOR?

Absolutely. Our Drop-in plan gives you full gym access for a single visit at $25. Great for travelers and visiting lifters.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring workout clothes, flat shoes or lifting shoes if you have them, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. We provide the rest.

IS THERE PARKING?

Yes, there is street parking available near the gym on Blake Street, plus a lot behind the building for members.

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION COACHING?

Nutrition guidance is available through our Coaching plan. Ask a coach for details on personalized nutrition programming to support your training.
